Rustic, but elegant bathrooms

I like the rustic style - but not too rustic. That's why this bathroom really appealed to me. It's rustic - but clean and elegant at the same time. What do you think?

I like the way the shower curtain hangs and the elegant carpet over the rough wood.

This is right up my alley lately. Natural woods, rough linen, white tile... gorgeous.

I think "clean" is the operative word here. When everything's spotless you can get away with any kind of style, don't you think?
And, I love the mirror too. xx's

I'm loving that door on the built in medicine cabinet!

Rustic is in! The mirror is a great addition to the bath, I love the elegant yet unrefined look! Our website sells more in the rustic chandeliers and accessories than the refined. But believe it or not, our best selling lamps are still in antique brass!

The first bathroom is lovely but I don't know how anyone could take a shower without getting water EVERYWHERE.

I just love your blog and I think your article is so awesome!! I love antiques and what a way to go green!! I think the towels would just be so adorable also. Thanks for sharing the story about how it was made. Makes it that more special! Take care, Fran.
